We are Surveyors authorized and regulated by The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) based in St Helens.

Our surveyor, Nathan Roberts who has been in the property industry for over 8 years, personally undertakes all the surveys.

We pride ourselves in the highest possible standard of service to all our clients and customers. You can be assured of a professional, first class and friendly service from start to finish with a key focus on delivering high levels of service.

Based in St Helens, Merseyside, we carry out work throughout Merseyside, Lancashire and Cheshire.

What Services Do We Offer

NJR Surveyors provide 2 levels of survey in line with the RICS Home Survey Standards.

RICS Home Survey level 1 (Home Condition report) and RICS Home Survey level 2 (Homebuyer report).

These standards have been set out by the Royal institution of Chartered Surveyors to provide a benchmark for the different types of survey which surveyors offer.  We are happy to discuss which survey is right for you and guide you through the process.

NJR Surveyors offers Residential Property Valuations, whether you are looking to redeem a Help To Buy Equity Loan, purchase more percentage in your Shared Ownership, or require a valuation for inheritance tax/probate purposes, here at NJR Surveyors we will happily assist and provide a valuation for your needs.

Meet Nathan Roberts, Our Surveyor.

Nathan has been in the property industry for  eight years starting of as a Lettings Specialist and then immersing himself into the Sales side.

He began training as a surveyor in 2018 after his interest in properties sparked this passion. Now fully qualified and an Associate member of RICS, Nathan undertakes all surveys for NJR Surveyors.

Away from work Nathan is a budding musician playing guitar and drums and has enjoyed time in bands over the years. He also enjoys spending time with friends and family and regularly going on walks with his fiancée and their two small cute dogs.
