I needed a survey on a purchase of a property that had some issues I wanted checking. I contacted NJR through the estate agents and got my report. It highlighted the issues and the probable cause. This enabled me to get the seller to make good the issues that I would have had to sort upon purchase. Although it wasn't my intention, the remedial repairs getting sorted made the survey worth its money and effort. I recommend this service and this company.
