RICS Home Survey Level 1 (Home Condition Report)

The RICS Home Survey Level 1 is a brief and economic survey of the building which will highlight the current condition of each element of the building. The report will not contain any advice on repairs or ongoing maintenance. Inspection will be from ground level only, although binoculars will be used where necessary, a head and shoulders inspection of the roof space will be carried out and the drains will not be inspected.
