The RICS Home Survey Level 2 is the market leading property survey report and is previously known as the RICS Home Buyers Report. It is suitable for the majority of traditionally built residential properties and clearly presents the findings in an easy-to-read format. Typically, the RICS Home Survey Level 2 inspection will involve a full external and internal inspection including use of a remote camera for hidden areas, an inspection of the roof void and tests for dampness. Services will be commented upon but not tested and drain manhole covers will be lifted. Outbuildings and grounds will also be commented upon.
