We provide a variety of different reports and professional services, designed to help you to make the right decisions when it comes to your property and investments.
We provide two levels of survey in line with the RICS Home Survey Standards. the RICS Home Survey level 1 (Home Condition report) and RICS Home Survey level 2 (Homebuyer report) These standards have been set out by the Royal institution of Chartered Surveyors to provide a benchmark for the different types of survey which surveyors offer.
NJR Surveyors offer a range of surveys with the use of a remotely controlled drone. The use of a remotely controlled drone means we can provide our clients with UHD, 4K, photographic and video survey footage.
We also provide valuations of residential property for Help to Buy, Shared Ownership and Inheritance Tax/Probate purposes.
In each area of service that we offer, we promise that you will receive the very best treatment in the industry. If the area of expertise you require isn’t covered below, let us know via our contact form and we’ll do our best to refer you onwards.
The RICS Home Survey – Level 1 report allows you to be in an informed position about the condition of the property before purchase and therefore prepare for any issues which could cause a delay with your sale, or issues that may result in price reductions later in the sale process.
The RICS Home Survey Level 2 is the market leading property survey report and is previously known as the RICS Home Buyers Report. It is suitable for the majority of traditionally built residential properties and clearly presents the findings in an easy-to-read format.
All our valuations meet the high standards in accordance with the professional standards set by the RICS, so you can be assured that you can get a valuation that is as accurate as possible.
Our valuations include:-
• Help To Buy
• Shared Ownership
• Inheritance Tax/Probate
The use of a remotely controlled drone means we can provide our clients with UHD, 4K, photographic and video survey footage of their buildings, chimney stacks, guttering and roofs that would otherwise be difficult to inspect from the ground.
