For the purposes of providing services, NJR Surveyors may require contact and property information. We will only collect what is relevant and necessary for the provision of our services to you. We may use your Personal Information, such as your name, email address, telephone number, etc. ourselves or by using our third party subcontractors for the purpose of providing you with promotional materials, concerning our services, which we believe may interest you.
Out of respect to your right to privacy we provide you within such marketing materials with means to decline receiving further marketing offers from us. If you unsubscribe we will remove your email address or telephone number from our marketing distribution lists.

In the event that NJR Surveyors refuses your request under rights of access, we will provide you with a reason as to why, which you have the right to legally challenge. At your request NJR Surveyors can confirm what information it holds about you and how it is processed.
NJR Surveyors will accept the following forms of identification (ID) when information on your personal data is requested: a copy of your driving licence, passport, birth certificate and a utility bill not older than three months. A minimum of one piece of photographic ID listed above and a supporting document is required. If NJR Surveyors is dissatisfied with the quality, further information may be sought before personal data can be released.
